Description
Oktava MKL-111 is a tube microphone with a variable directivity pattern and an original capsule, close in sound to the best classical models.
The entire electronic part of the circuit is installed inside a heavy brass case, eliminating the occurrence of internal resonances. The preamplifier uses an EF95 lamp or its domestic equivalent. A high quality transformer ensures minimal distortion and good overload capability.
The directional pattern of the microphone is smoothly changed by the regulator on the power supply: from the “eight” – to the “circle”, through the cardioid. The sound engineer is given the opportunity to set the diagram that best suits the situation.
The MKL-111 microphone is ideal for studio work, for recording vocals or solo instruments.
